The only personal data we hold from this site is what you send us through the contact form. There is no analytics and no tracking. If you have never used the form, we hold nothing about you.
What we collect
Your name, email address, company website if you give one, which of three readers describes you, and your message. We also record which site the enquiry came from and when it arrived.
The form has one hidden field that people never see. If it is completed, the submission is from a bot and is discarded.
Why we can hold it
Legitimate interests: you asked us a question and we would like to answer it. Where your enquiry concerns a possible arrangement between us, it is also steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Where it goes
An enquiry passes through Make, an automation platform operated by Celonis SE on servers in the European Union, and reaches our email, provided by Google. Both act on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles your request as it is served. We do not keep those logs or use them to identify anyone.
How long we keep it
While the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. If an enquiry leads nowhere we delete it within 24 months. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict it, or provide it in a portable form. Email us and we will reply within a month, at no charge.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first.
